*** This allows participants to choose from whom they receive care. Beneficiaries can elect to receive care from an adult foster care home that will accept the Medicaid reimbursement rate. The Home and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver cover the cost of assisted living.
** Sue's Loving Care has it's own in-house Doctors / Hospice they work with.
Sue's Loving Care is trained in Hospice Care & works with Hospice to handle residents through end of life care & arrangements.

Susan started & runs an adult foster care advocates group with many other facilities to help asses & place your loved ones in the best possible place given their current needs & coordinates for additional/proper moves as needs for a loved one changes to a proper facility with bottom line of what's best for your loved one.
